Vacancies at CARA
CARA (Centre for Action on Rape and Abuse) is seeking qualified counsellors to work on a sessional basis to support victims of sexual violence.
We are seeking counsellors able to work for a minimum of 5 sessions a week, supporting victims of sexual violence from our centres in Braintree, Colchester, Chelmsford, Clacton-on-Sea and Great Dunmow. Rates are £25-£30 per hour, counselling rooms provided free-of-charge.
Specialist training and ongoing support will be provided to suitable candidates. The training will run over five days in October 2016 in our Colchester office: Sunday 16th, Monday 17th, Tuesday 18th, Thursday 27th, Friday 28th and Saturday 29th and will run from 10.00am – 4.00pm each day.
